After more than a decade touring Australia and New Zealand, the Australasian Organometallic Chemistry Meeting - OZOM has made a round trip back to Hobart, Tasmania. Following successful recent conferences in Canberra (OZOM14) and Brisbane (OZOM15), OZOM16 continues the strong tradition of organometallic chemistry in Australia and welcomes academics, postdoctoral researchers, postgraduate students and undergraduate students to discuss the cutting-edge advancements in the field of organometallic chemistry, including:
Main Group Chemistry
Transition Metal Chemistry
Lanthanoid and Actinoid Chemistry
Bio-inorganic Chemistry
Theoretical Chemistry
Physical organometallic chemistry
Catalysis and Synthesis
Applications of organometallic chemistry
Following OZOM's 33 year tradition, the OZOM16 programme will maintain a strong student and early career researcher focus through contributed poster and oral presentations. We are also fortunate to have several invited and plenary lectures by distinguished national and international experts in the field.
The organising committee extends a warm welcome to all delegates and hope they enjoy their time in Tasmania.
